The Singapore-flagged Maersk Chattogram collided with the Bangladesh-flagged HR Turag at around 09:30 local time while approaching the pilot station. Maersk Chattogram sustained damage to its stern, while HR Turag was also damaged. No injuries were reported, and authorities confirmed there was no oil spill or environmental impact.
