His career spans multiple continents and industries, with a particular focus on business transformation, P&L management, corporate strategy, and M&A. Having previously served as CEO and COO of LOC Group and held several senior positions within Bureau Veritas Group – including CEO of the South East Asia region and Vice President for Corporate Development in Bureau Veritas Marine & Offshore – Jerome is well placed to lead the next chapter for TMC and MatDan.Jerome’s appointment reflects BV’s ambition to strengthen both companies and to invest in their future.
