HFO off-specs in ARA region are still in excess of 40% of the samples. VLSFO delivered in New York may lead to sulphur compliance issues. Over the past six months, 4.1% of samples tested between 0.50 and 0.53% S, with further 1.9% exceeding 0.53 threshold. Lubeck ranks as the fifth biggest global ULSFO supply port. 55% of samples exhibit Pour Point exceeding 31 degrees centigrade.
