As a result, and pursuant to the rules governing the Transit Reservation System (OP’s Notice to Shipping No. N-7-2012), Condition 2 will be in effect from Tuesday, August 21, 2012 through Friday, August 24, 2012. Applications for reserved transits under Condition 2 will be received commencing at 0900 hours, August 18, 2012. During this period the booking slots available through the Auction Process, as well as the slots available for regular vessels less than 300 feet in length, will continue to be offered in addition to the regularly offered slots.
