Ebola virus disease in West Africa (No.8) We have received information from Pandi Liquidadores S.R.L, our correspondents at Buenos Aires, Argentina, about the decision taken by the pilots companies rendering pilotage service in the River Plate that the pilots of the companies will not board the vessels coming from the Ebola affected areas (Guinea, Liberia, Nigeria and Sierra Leone) until 30 days have passed since the departure from the last port in the said affected areas.
