The East Lane will remain available but the lockages will take some additional time. No decrease in capacity is expected, therefore Condition 1.a for the Panamax locks will remain in effect, and the Just-In-Time (JIT) transit slots available for supers and regular vessels transiting without restrictions, will remain in one per direction.
