Greek bulker owner Diana Shipping has entered into time charter contracts for two of its dry bulk vessels with Refined Success and Oldendorff. Refined Success hired the 2010-built, 177,773 dwt capesize New York. The gross charter rate is $27,500 per day, minus a 5% commission paid to third parties, for a period of at least February 1, 2028, up to a maximum of March 31, 2028. The charter is expected to commence on May 1, 2026. The vessel is currently chartered at a gross charter rate of $17,600 per day, minus a 5% commission paid to third parties. Oldendorff hired the 2018-built DSI Pyxis ultramax. The gross charter rate is $16,000 per day, minus 5% commission paid to third parties, for a period from a minimum of June 15, 2027, up to a maximum of August 15, 2027. The charter is expected to commence on May 3, 2026. The 60,362 dwt vessel is currently chartered at a gross charter rate of $13,100 per day, minus a 5% commission paid to third parties.
