The EU published yesterday the Council Regulation No.208/2014, concerning restrictive measures directed against certain persons, entities and bodies in view of the situation in Ukraine. Under the Executive Order, the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) is likely to designate certain former and current Ukrainian officials as Specially Designated Nationals (SDNs).
