Indonesia’s Samudera Shipping has established a shipbroking business in Singapore. The Singapore-listed diversified owner said in a filing it had incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary Samudera Ship Brokers on Thursday. The new company will mainly be involved in ship brokering, port, shipping and maritime related consultancy services, Samudera said.
