Over the last few months, we have engaged with you in a conversation about Mentoring and the role it plays, could play, or should play, in the life of seafarers all around the world. At the end of the day, we wanted to understand your thoughts and experiences around mentoring. We invited you to share your own stories and to take our ten-minute challenge. To mark the end of our campaign, we have hosted this webinar in which our senior Vice-President, Capt Andre LeGoubin holds a conversation with the protagonists of our short stories.
