Honduras – Oil Spill Response – implementation date of new requirements Members are kindly requested to refer to our special circular No.17-010 dated 22 December 2017.   We would now inform you that the Honduras Maritime Authority suddenly announced postponement of the implementation date for those new requirements until 15 January 2018, instead of 1 January 2018.
