One of the highlights of taking a tour of Northeast Maritime Institute is going into one of our full-bridge simulators! You get to go instantly to any working waterfront like New York, San Francisco, Texas, and other thriving areas to practice maneuvering through waterways while using the controls, radar, and other equipment used on a seagoing vessel. Our Greater New Bedford Voc-Tech students got to visit New York City while trying to find a cow on one of the piers.
