Low-profile bulker player Pacific Rim has emerged as the taker of a ship Norden flipped this May, Norden’s first cape after entering the segment in March last year. Fast-growing Pacific Rim, which is based out of both China and Singapore, has added the scrubber-fitted Nord Ferrum, a 180,000 dwt workhorse built in 2011 for $34m, in a deal first reported in May at which point the buyers were unknown.
