By Steve Christy, Research Contributor, Integr8 Fuels steve.christy@integr8fuels.com 29 July 2026 We have just seen one false dawn, is there another to come? Last month, we wrote about how close we were to the expected lows in Brent and Rotterdam bunker prices, but not yet Singapore.
