News 28 Apr, 2015 Latest Claims Guide – Electronic Bills of Lading To reflect the growing use of paperless trading systems a new Claims Guide has been published to assist Members. Setting out details of the systems that have been approved by the International Group (IG) and the practicalities of their use in the context of Club cover, the Guide also includes details of the BIMCO Electronic Bills of Lading Clause as well as a series of helpful Frequently Asked Questions published by the IG. It is available for download via the Club’s website and if not already done so, you are encouraged to sign up for automated notifications when new guides and other materials are added to the website. Printed copies are also available from the Managers on request.
