Download Form 7579 (NPU/PPU Certificate) through the following link https://pancanal.com/en/maritime-services/customer-forms/. It is no longer necessary to send an email to Arqueadores@pancanal.com . b. Complete the required fields (only the top gray area) of the form and paste a copy of your piloting unit QR Code on the indicated space. Remaining fields are only for official Panama Canal use. c. Proceed to print, sign, and stamp the certificate and antenna installation diagram (if available). The Panama Canal Boarding officer will request it upon inspection to verify equipment connectivity. d. Always keep a copy of the certificate available for pilot use during all visits to the Panama Canal. In addition, keep in mind when announcing a visit, that it is necessary to include the following in the visit remark through the Panama Maritime Single Window (VUMPA for its Spanish acronym): NPU Completed.
