I was in a road trip in Panama, then I've seen a Gas Carrier that I could not resist to chase her. As a Captain, during the critical stages of my vessel passage such as Panama Canal Transit, I'm more focused on my crew and vessel safety, but this time I was in the other side and I've just appreciated the details. The vessel in the video is the #Seri #Emori one of the Six Very Large Ethane Carrier which belong to MISC. This VLEC has a capacity of 98,000 m3 fitted with the GTT Mark III membrane containment system. The cargo tanks are designed to carry a variety of gases, including ethane, LPG, and ethylene.
