To receive the financial statements of the Association for the year ended 20 February 2024 and the reports of the Directors and the Auditors; 2. To re-appoint AJ Cutler, AJ Firmin and MRA Hall, all of whom retire by rotation, as Directors of the Association; 3. To re-appoint DF Saracakis and XNC Villers, in order to bring a degree of balance to the 3-year rotation process, as Directors of the Association; and 4. To re-appoint Deloitte LLP as auditors of the Association to hold office until the conclusion of the next general meeting at which financial statements are laid before the Association and to authorise the Board to fix their remuneration.
