Authorities acted on a tip and found the vessels anchored near Bagan Ajam in a coupled position, indicating an unauthorized ship-to-ship transfer, Reuters reports. In total, around 800,000 litres of Euro 5 diesel, worth roughly 5.43 million ringgit ($1.37 million), was seized.
