1 April 2009 TO ALL MEMBERS Dear Sirs LONDON P&I CLUB MANAGEMENT On 3 April 2009, Paul Hinton will be retiring from the Board of the London P&I Club’s management, A Bilbrough & Co. This comes after Paul’s completion of almost 33 years’ service with the Club, 22 of them as a Director of management and 7 as its Chief Executive Officer. The Board is pleased to announce that Paul will be remaining involved with the Company, in a consultancy role. Ian Gooch has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer in succession to Paul. Ian joined the Club’s management in 1991. Having worked in and subsequently headed the Company’s Greek office for a number of years, his recent responsibilities have involved work with the Club’s membership in the Far East and USA.
