Norwegian offshore vessel owner Havila Shipping has secured another charter extension from compatriot offshore contractor Reach Subsea for the multipurpose support vessel (MPSV) Havila Subsea. The 2011-built vessel has been under contract with Reach Subsea since October 2021. The original deal was set to expire at the end of 2023 but was extended until the end of 2024. This latest extension will keep the vessel with the company for another three years and will end on December 31, 2027. The contract includes two one-year options. The financial terms of the charter were left undisclosed. “We are witnessing ongoing positive market trends, with our order book and tender volume consistently increasing year by year, in line with our expanding capacity,” said Jostein Alendal, CEO of Reach Subsea. googletag.cmd.push(function() { googletag.display('div-gpt-ad-1_95_0_1_2'); }); TagsNorway
