GTT receives an order from Hudong-Zhonghua Shipbuilding for the tank design of three new LNG Carriers in Shipbuilding News 03/07/2026 GTT announces that it has received, in the second quarter of 2026, an order from Hudong-Zhonghua Shipbuilding for the tank design of three new Liquefied Natural Gas Carriers, on behalf of Bonny Gas Transport, Nigeria LNG’s shipping arm. GTT will design the cryogenic tanks of the vessels, each offering a total capacity of 174,000 m3. The tanks will be fitted with the NO96 Super+ membrane containment system, a technology developed by GTT. Delivery of the vessels is expected between the second and third quarters of 2029.
