News 08 Jul, 2014 US Vessel Response Plans – Non-Tank Final Rule – Update Further to the recent Notice to Members No.8 2014/2015 concerning the approaching expiry date on 31 st July 2014 for Interim Operating Authorizations (IOAs) issued to some non-tank vessel operators in order to give them more time to comply with the Vessel Response Plan Regulations, the United States Coast Guard has issued further clarification on the potential for limited extensions to those IOAs.
