Hiab has introduced the next generation of its ProCare lifecycle services portfolio, adding remote diagnostics, real-time monitoring and AI-driven predictive insights to support fleet maintenance and equipment availability. The renewed portfolio combines maintenance services with connected equipment and data analytics, as Hiab looks to help fleet operators reduce unplanned downtime and gain greater visibility over lifecycle costs. Customers will be able to choose between three service agreement levels — Standard, Plus and Premium — depending on their operational requirements. Moving towards predictive maintenance A central element of the updated ProCare offering is the use of equipment and service data to identify potential maintenance and operational issues before they develop further. Hiab said it currently has more than 50,000 connected assets and has completed over one million service visits, providing a data base that can be used to develop more proactive fleet-management services. The portfolio includes an insights platform providing information on equipment performance and service activity, with API access allowing integration into customers’ own systems. It also includes intelligent remote diagnostics through a secure two-way connection between equipment operators and Hiab, enabling some issues to be identified and addressed remotely. Meanwhile, connected assets can be monitored in real time for potential safety, reliability and productivity issues.
