FacebookTwitterEmailLinkedin The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) has notified the captain of the Russian bulk carrier Matros Pozynich of suspicion over his alleged involvement in the transportation of more than 54,000 tonnes of Ukrainian grain. According to the SBU, the captain served aboard Matros Pozynich (IMO 9573816) from March 2022 to June 2024 and allegedly facilitated the loading of agricultural products at the closed port of Sevastopol and their transportation outside Ukraine under the guise of Russian-origin cargo.
