BGN Adds Two Additional LPG VLGCs To Growing Owned Fleet in International Shipping News 08/06/2026 BGN, the 6th‑largest independent energy and commodities trading group, has signed a contract with HD Hyundai Heavy Industries (HD HHI) for the construction of two dual-fuel Very Large Gas Carriers (VLGCs), each with a cargo capacity of 93,000 cbm. The announcement further supports the company’s plans to expand its trading and operating capacity to meet increasing global energy demand. BGN Shipping Director Ozan Turgut said: “We have a strong, long-term relationship with Hyundai Heavy Industries (HHI) and pleased to be again partnering with one of the world’s leading maritime and shipping companies.
