Tokyo Gas has completed its acquisition of equity ownership in FGEN LNG Corporation (FGEN LNG), a subsidiary of First Gen Corporation (First Gen), which owns and operates an offshore floating liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminal in Batangas City, the Philippines.
