SPECIAL RESOLUTION No1 THAT the Constitution be amended as set out hereafter on pages 1 to 11, the amendments to be effective immediately. SPECIAL RESOLUTION No2 THAT the Remuneration of the appointed Statutory auditors (Réviseur d’Entreprises Agréé) for the financial year ending 31 December 2023 is approved, as reviewed by the Audit and Risk Committee.
