Harry Vafias-led Imperial Petroleum has reportedly sold its remaining suezmax, the 2008-built Suez Protopia, for $82m. VesselsValue identified Imperial Petroleum as the seller in its September 30 transaction data. The buyer has not been disclosed. VesselsValue estimates the Samsung Heavy Industries-built 160,391 dwt tanker at $74.34m, putting the reported transaction about $7.7m above its valuation. …
