To elect the Directors. To undertake the appointment of the auditors for the financial year ending 31st December 2018 and to consider the remuneration thereof. To transact any other ordinary business of the Association. A Member entitled to attend and vote at a meeting is entitled to  appoint a proxy  to attend and on a poll to vote instead of him/her.
