News 09 Mar, 2017 New Admiralty Rules in English High Court – Electronic Track Data in Collision Claims The English High Court has recently adopted new rules to address the use of electronic track data in collision proceedings.  This is an acknowledgement of the information that is available from enhanced bridge technology which assists in evaluating liability in collision claims while still recognising the traditional “speed and angle of blow” analysis. Ince & Co has provided the attached update on these new rules and we are grateful for their permission to reproduce it here.
