11 April 2017 TO ALL MEMBERS Dear Sirs International Group Market Research Members will be aware that the Association participates in the International Group of P&I Clubs. The Group is currently conducting some research into perceptions of the work it performs on behalf of the P&I industry and Club Members more widely. The aim of the research is to assist the Group in a review the range of services it currently provides and to understand how it can better serve Club Members. Near the foot of this circular can be found a link to an online survey and we request Members please to give 15 or 20 minutes to participate and provide views on the Group and how they think it is currently performing. The survey is being conducted by an independent research agency (Navigate) and responses will be kept completely confidential. The Association will not see those responses, although it will see a summary of the results involving the Members of all the Clubs. Respondents will not be asked to give their own or their company’s name, although they may do so if they wish. Some Members may also be asked to complete the same questionnaire by another Club(s). We apologise if that is the case and we should stress that it need be completed only once. By participating in this survey, Members will play an important part in helping the Group improve the services it provides, so the Association hopes it can count on their support.
