FUJAIRAH DATA: Oil products stocks decline for third consecutive week in International Shipping News 28/03/2026 Oil products inventories at Fujairah in the UAE fell 2.8% in the week ended March 23, the third consecutive weekly decline, according to Fujairah Oil Industry Zone data published March 25. The inventories dropped to 14.021 million barrels, the lowest since September 2025, according to FOIZ data. Declines have slowed from a 12% drop in the week ended March 16 and a 22% slump in the week ended March 9. Fujairah has been attacked at least six times since the Middle East war broke out Feb. 28. Middle distillate stocks, including jet fuel and diesel, rose 0.4% in the latest week to 1.865 million barrels — the first increase in six weeks, FOIZ data showed. Light distillate stocks, such as gasoline and naphtha, dropped 0.8% to 6.803 million barrels — the lowest since December 2025. Heavy distillate stocks used as fuel oil for power generation and shipping fell 6.1% week over week to 5.353 million barrels, the lowest since February 2018. FOIZ has shared its data with S&P Global Energy since 2017. Platts assessed marine fuel 0.5% sulfur delivered in Fujairah at $950/metric ton on March 24. Its recent peak of $1,126/mt on March 12 was the highest since July 2022. High-sulfur fuel oil delivered in Fujairah was assessed at $760/mt on March 24, down 7.3% day over day and the lowest since March 6. Platts is part of S&P Global Energy.
