Please find attached revised « Addendum Notice to IACS PR1C Rev.6, Rev.1” , clean and underlined versions, which supersedes the existing text in PR1C Rev.6, and will remain in force until 31 December 2020. This Addendum temporarily amends the “Force Majeure” procedure as a result of actions taken by IACS in response of the Covid-19 pandemic, and is for implementation on a case by case basis. A new clause has been added which will enable BV to consider individual cases and permit a further extension of up to three (3) months with the agreement of the flag Administration.
