The 165,000 dwt tanker is now classed in India and sailing with a tricolour flag in green, yellow and blue, flagging with the fastest-growing shipping register in the world, Gabon, a registry filled with ships from Russia’s top shipping concern, Sovcomflot, a flag that also houses many ships that used to be under Gatik Ship Management, once India’s fastest-growing shipowner and key mover of Russian oil.
