Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (PNSC) has approved the acquisition of three secondhand tankers for about $193m, as part of its drive to double the national fleet to 30 vessels by 2026. Two aframaxes, Lorex and Nafsika, are costing $74.5m each while the Stavenger Poseidon, an MR2 tanker, has been bought for $44.15m with all three ships set to deliver by December.
