Singapore’s tender-assisted drilling provider Energy Drilling, a wholly owned subsidiary of SED Energy Holdings, has signed a five-year contract with Thailand’s national oil and gas company PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited (PTTEP) for an offshore drilling campaign.
