All telephone calls will be diverted as appropriate and staff working remotely will conduct business as usual, responding to all enquiries in a timely manner. Our normal service levels will therefore be maintained. Hong Kong The office is open but some staff continue to work remotely. Greece The office continues to operate its fortnightly team rotation arrangement, whereby 50% of staff attend the office and the rest work remotely. All working arrangements will be kept under constant review. As previously advised, all telephone calls are being diverted when staff are working remotely.
