The October levels are: Country State or market Intermodal fuel fee Australia Victoria 27% Australia New South Wales 27% Australia Queensland 27% Australia South Australia 27% Australia Western Australia 27% New Zealand Nationwide 27% Maersk attributed the charges to higher global energy prices and the impact of the Middle East security situation on fuel availability and intermodal transport costs.
