ONI Advisory – 28 March – Merchant ship fired upon Rob Almeida Total Views: 38 March 28, 2011 A merchant ship was fired upon and hijacked by pirates from two skiffs on 28 March at 0600Z approximately 191 NM southeast of Salalah, Oman at 15:36N 057:04E.  This area will remain high risk for at least 24-48 hours.
