FacebookTwitterEmailLinkedin The Lashing Exchange Format (LXF) Consortium has been launched as a new industry initiative led with support from Lloyd’s Register (LR) that brings together experts and key lashing software developers with the aim of evolving and standardizing container storage. According to LR, the central purpose of the Consortium is to fix a long-standing issue in container shipping: the lack of a shared, standardized way to exchange stowage and container lashing data across different systems.
