Japan Tsunami Vessel Casualties gCaptain Total Views: 296 March 14, 2011 According to a report from Tradewinds.no , China Steel Express Corp’s 175,775-dwt bulker China Steel Integrity , carrying a cargo of iron ore, went aground off the port of Kashima. The 25 man crew crew are all safe, according to the report. The Mitsui OSK Lines (MOL) 32,385-dwt bulker, CS Victory, is aground at Ishinomaki in Miyagi prefecture carrying a cargo of fuel oil. The crew members left the vessel with no injuries and there is no report of any oil spilled. Mitsubishi Logistics Corp’s 6,175-dwt general cargo ship, Asia Symphony , is also aground (pictured above), however few details about the location are available. Glovis’ 6,901-dwt general cargo vessel Glovis Mercury has also been affected, however no further details are available.
