Norwegian offshore vessel owner Solstad Maritime has sold one of its construction support vessels (CSV). Solstad said that the Global Marine Group, the current charterer of the 2001-built Normand Clipper CSV, declared its purchase option for the vessel. Delivery of the vessel to the new owner will take place at the end of the firm contract period on June 1, 2026. According to the company, the vessel has supported Global Marine Group’s worldwide cable-laying operations since 2020.
