Norway’s Sea1 Offshore has agreed a long-term contract extension with marine seismic player PXGEO for its multipurpose support vessel Siem Dorado. The Christen Sveaas-led OSV owner and operator has fixed the 2009-built MPSV for two years and four months in direct continuation of the vessel’s current employment. The new extension will keep the ship utilised for a period reaching up to April 2027. Sea1 Offshore rebranded from Siem Offshore in May, following nine ships for shares swap deal with the company’s founder Kristian Siem. The company owns and operates a fleet of 17 vessels. The company also manages 12 units, including the nine vessels taken over by Siem. googletag.cmd.push(function() { googletag.display('div-gpt-ad-1_95_0_1_2'); }); TagsNorway
