Members are reminded that the Wreck Removal Convention (WRC 2007) enters into force one month from now on 14 April 2015. By that date ships of 300 gt or more will be required to have a Wreck Removal Convention Certificate on board if they are registered in or using a port or offshore facility in the territorial sea of one of the 17 States which are party to the Convention.
