To facilitate better understanding, we have updated the document containing the terms and conditions for LoTSA (2.0). Modifications have been made to Annexes 2 and 3, which now include detailed examples of requests for deferrals, date changes, and advanced transits. Similarly, subsection 2.24 is included regarding the use of Form 7662 when requesting the following services: deferrals, slot advancements, changes in slot direction and later ready time. It is important to highlight that an explanatory table has been included, detailing the effective dates applicable to LOTSA transactions. Sealed bid auctions will be available on October 28, 2025, from 08:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (Panama local time), at which point the bid submission process will close. Additionally, please note that the auction will be conducted in a parallel, but staged format by market segments as follows: •08:00 a.m.-09:00 a.m. (FixContainer y FlexContainer) •09:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m. (FixGas, FlexGas, FlexGas+) •10:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. (FlexSlot+) The third point of the user agreement in the Panama Canal auction system has been updated.
