The new hours of operation will be from 07:00 to 22:00 (local time), allowing all customers, especially those in distant time zones, to complete their transactions without having to wait until the next business day. As of this date, all transactions, including auctions, may be conducted during the extended hours. However, tie-breaker competitions held at the beginning of each competition period will continue to be conducted at their customary time. Additionally, for Booking dates beginning October 7, 2025, the closing time for Reservation Period 3 (during weekdays or weekends) will be adjusted to 15:00 (local time) for all reservation dates across the three vessel categories: Neopanamax, Supers, and Regular. These changes reflect ACP’s ongoing commitment to providing high-quality service and exceeding customer expectations.
