Ocean Network Express (ONE) has published its Sustainability Report 2026, outlining progress across its environmental, operational, social and governance priorities. The report covers the period from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026. Environmental progress ONE reported a 65% reduction in Scope 1 emissions intensity compared with its 2008 baseline. The carrier also joined the Ship Recycling Transparency Initiative and expanded its externally assured emissions data to include upstream transportation and distribution under Scope 3, Category 4. Digitalisation and operational efficiency ONE said 93% of customer bookings are now processed through its digital platforms, reflecting its continued investment in digitalisation and service efficiency. During the reporting period, ONE Innovation set a new industry loading record after carrying 22,233 TEU on a single voyage. Safety and maritime talent ONE secured its first ISO 45001 certification for its Singapore offices, strengthening its occupational health and safety framework. The company also continued supporting future maritime professionals through programmes including Singapore’s MaritimeONE Scholarship Programme. Supply chain governance According to the report, 98% of ONE’s new suppliers complied with its Supply Chain Management Guideline. The carrier also maintained its ISO/IEC 27001 certification for information security and reported no incidents of corruption during the period. ONE said the initiatives reflect its efforts to integrate sustainability throughout its operations while creating long-term value for the maritime sector.
