Prevent Dragging Anchor during Typhoon Seasons According to the latest weather forecast on 9 October, violent Typhoon Hagibis is approaching wide areas from western to northern Japan over this weekend.   We would urge members to provide safety measures against rough sea, obtaining the latest weather information such as a maximum instantaneous wind speed, a storm warning area, a projected path and so on.
