As we continue to expand our international operations, we are seeking an experienced Director of Compliance to lead our compliance, governance, quality, health & safety, and security management systems across the Group. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic yet hands-on compliance professional who is passionate about building robust management systems, maintaining internationally recognised certifications, and driving operational excellence across a diverse and growing organisation. Reporting directly to executive leadership, you will play a critical role in ensuring the Group maintains the highest standards of compliance, governance, quality, health & safety, and security. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Group's Integrated Management System (IMS). Maintain and continually improve ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 18788, and ISO 28007 management systems. Develop and implement the Group's compliance strategy, policies, and governance framework. Lead internal and external audits, certification programmes, and continual improvement initiatives. Oversee enterprise compliance, regulatory requirements, and operational risk management. Provide compliance guidance and support to operational and commercial teams. Lead incident investigations, corrective actions, and organisational learning initiatives. Act as the primary liaison with certification bodies, regulatory authorities, and client compliance teams. Prepare executive-level reports, management reviews, KPIs, and compliance performance dashboards. Foster a culture of compliance, integrity, quality, safety, and continuous improvement throughout the organisation. What We're Look
